*   One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding.

**  One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. 

     Manuscripts shall not exceed 15 pages in length with extra pages charged for $55 USD/page.

*** For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars or RMB, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.2 USD.
